Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned.
Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Process for Returns
Contact Us: Start the return process by contacting our customer service team at support@bluessnacks.com. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved.
Shipping: Send the item to the address provided along with the RA number. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
Refunds

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
